Roasting with our ROAST-A-MATIC(R) Grain Roaster is a process in which the grain flows through the open
flame, increasing T.D.N., and leaving you with a greatly improved product.
Roasting raw soybeans destroys toxic enzymes while retaining oil and lecithin. The end-result is a great
looking supply of golden, nutritious, full-flat beans with the best qualities.
