Roasting with our ROAST-A-MATIC(R) Grain Roaster is a process in which the grain flows through the open
flame,  increasing T.D.N., and leaving you with a greatly improved  product.

Roasting raw soybeans destroys toxic enzymes while retaining oil and lecithin. The end-result is a great
looking  supply of golden, nutritious, full-flat beans with the best  qualities.


 Benefits of Roasting Include:
  - molds are destroyed
  - starches are converted to dextrin (sugar)
  - toxic enzymes are removed from soybeans
  - higher nutritional value
  - lower feed costs
  - increase bypass

  - lecithin (12 lbs per ton) and oil (21%) are retained and     available in soybeans
  - whole roasted soybeans lose no value in storage
  - lecithin enhances digestibility of all feed
